

0.7.1 – Early Access Known Issues
The team are cooking up fix after fix, and are doing amazing work, but we're aware of issues that we aren't able to immediately resolve. Some of these are just part of the process of us being in Early Access, and others are just going to be fixed as we progress! Alright check these bad boys out:
Servers and Connectivity
Some latency may be experienced for Clients, particularly during combat.
This may be more noticeable in ranged combat.
We’re aware of a very rare issue causing players to be unable to connect to another players server.
A disconnection may occur in rare circumstances if another player dies while you are resting.
Client may experience network corrections if the Host is alt-tabbed.
Clients do not receive an error message during connectivity issues with the Host – the world will become temporarily un-interactable.
This may also signal a Host crash, or a Client disconnection.
Two instances of the world may be visible in the server menu shortly after a crash. This will correct itself automatically.
Having Steam settings set to Private will completely hide all hosted sessions in the server list, and sessions hosted by friends.
The error message notifying you that the server you are attempting to join is not displayed correctly.
We cannot retrieve your selected server password – don’t forget what it is!
Keyboard, Controller and Ultrawide Support
Controller inputs are not yet fully supported. Some actions are not possible without Keyboard & Mouse.
No input for crouch.
LB cannot be rebound.
Crafting benches cannot be used to craft.
Spellbook button bindings are incorrect.
Pause menu can only be closed using “B” button.
Lodestones cannot be used to teleport.
Some UI audio is missing.
Server type cannot be changed.
Key Binding may have some issues with functionality & display.
Quick access keys do not update in UI but function correctly.
“P” key cannot be rebound.
Rebinding the Interact key does not rebind the "Leave Bed" key.
Secondary Interact is incorrectly named in the Key Bindings tab.
Intro cinematic & splash screens do not have a widescreen version.
Some UI will move to the edge of ultrawide & multi-monitor setups.
Combat
Animation issues with ranged combat, particularly related to bow drawing.
Cause of death may be incorrectly attributed in some instances.
There are missing SFX for the Crystal Bow.
Clients may occasionally not see VFX for the third and fourth attacks in the Magic combo.
In some instances, bow attacks may cost stamina without the arrow being fired.
Some AI audio may be missing in multiplayer.
During the Base Raid event, some AI may not appear.
Repeatedly pressing the input to dodge/evade may consume more stamina than expected.
Performance
Players may experience slight FPS drop when loading new areas of the world.
FPS drop when opening the map.
World
In some corners of the world there may be pieces of foliage floating.
Some stretched or missing textures in specific locations.
Wild Lapis Vines move erratically when first approached.
Some distant objects may show visible LODing.
World can be seen loading in after teleporting via a lodestone or entering / leaving a vault.
Vault
Vault traps may not fire correctly.
The world host may occasionally hear audio from other players in Vaults.
Vault Guardians may clip through sections of wall or terrain when in combat.
Crafting, Processing & Inventory
The Quest tab of the player inventory does not show the notification icon for new items.
Stability
We are still very much in Early Access! Random crashes are reasonably likely, particularly GPU crashes.
The player may occasionally experience random freezes.
WIP/Alpha Status
Localisation – some missing or inconsistent translations and UI overlaps or font issues are to be expected.
Some placeholder images & icons are present in UI & Journal.
Journal – some missing, incorrect or duplicated entries.
Skills & Spells
Eye of Oculus can clip through things & cause visual issues.
Spell VFX may not match spell direction if the player turns when casting.
Some missing descriptions in the spell wheel.
Armour Mannequin – clients are unable to swap equipped armour on the mannequin.
Windstep may not work as expected on first attempt for clients.
Building
Beams cannot be built on cliffs.
Torches may not be placeable directly above other objects which have been placed.
Doors & windows can clip through other objects when opened.
Incorrect error messages may display while unable to build.
Some icons in the building menu do not fully match the in-game models.
Saves & Re-loading Into Game
Deleting a character may cause the next character to temporarily display incorrectly in the main menu.
When re-joining at low health, the vignette around the screen indicating that the player is a low health will not display.
Steam accounts on the same machine will have access to each other’s save games.
Players may be stuck inside staircases if positioned on them when re-joining – destroy & rebuild to resolve.
Items on an upper floor of a building may fall through to the lower floor on world re-load.
Map
Player-placed map icons are layered below quest markers when the player closes and re-opens their map.
Other
Players may sometimes respawn at their gravestone, then teleport to their bed shortly after.
Foot position may be incorrect on complex terrain.
Players who are banned from a server will not receive a notification that this has happened and will not be told why they cannot re-join.
FSR may cause graphical artefacts.
Some clipping may occur between some capes & armour pieces.
Chat & Journal cannot be opened while the player is resting.
If a player is standing on a spot where a gravestone spawns, they may be stuck in place. Empty the gravestone to remove it.
Facial hair may not move in sync with the character head in specific instances.
